Ecsenius minutus (Klausewitz, 1963) is a species of combtooth blenny belonging to the genus Ecsenius. This species is found on coral reefs located in the Maldives, in the western Indian Ocean. It reaches a maximum total length of 4 centimetres. Members of this species feed primarily on plant matter, including benthic algae and weeds, and they are kept as commercial aquarium fish.
