Echinodiscus bisperforatus is a sand dollar species originally described by Nathanael Gottfried Leske in 1778. This species occurs across the Indo-Pacific region, with confirmed occurrences in the Red Sea, off the southern and eastern coasts of South Africa, near Thailand, in the Malayan Archipelago, and around New Caledonia. It can be found at depths of up to 20 meters, and reaches a maximum length of 11.8 centimeters.
