Dytiscus habilis (Say, 1830) is a species of predaceous diving beetle that belongs to the family Dytiscidae. It is native to North America, where its range extends from Oklahoma to Arizona, and continues south through Mexico all the way to Guatemala. This species is the only member of the genus Dytiscus that occurs in the Neotropics.
