Drynaria quercifolia (L.) J.Sm. is a large plant species. It produces foliage fronds that are deeply pinnatifid. Its nest fronds resemble oak leaves, which is the source of its common name. The species' sori are either scattered across fronds or arranged in two regular rows between secondary veins. Drynaria quercifolia is native to India, Southeast Asia, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, New Guinea, and Australia.
