About Drosera aquatica Lowrie
Drosera aquatica is a species of sundew, with the scientific name Drosera aquatica Lowrie. It is endemic to the Northern Territory and Western Australia. This species was first formally described by Allen Lowrie in 2013. Like other species belonging to Drosera section Arachnopus, it is an annual therophyte. As suggested by its specific epithet "aquatica", D. aquatica can grow entirely as an aquatic plant, floating on the surface of floodwaters formed by the Australian monsoon.
