Disa woodii Schltr. is a perennial geophytic plant that is a member of the orchid genus Disa. Within South Africa, it is native to the provinces of Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, and Eastern Cape. Outside of South Africa, the species is native to Eswatini, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe.
