About Disa biflora (L.) Druce

Disa biflora (L.) Druce is a perennial geophyte from the orchid genus Disa, that grows within the fynbos biome. It is endemic to South Africa's Northern Cape and Western Cape provinces, where its natural range extends from Cape Hangklip to Nieuwoudtville. This species is currently considered extinct across the Cape Peninsula.
