Dichagyris acclivis Morrison, 1875 is a moth species that belongs to the family Noctuidae. Its range extends from southern Ontario and southern Massachusetts in the north, south to eastern Tennessee and western North Carolina, west to Illinois, Missouri, and Kansas, and further south to east central Texas. This species is classified as a species of special concern in Connecticut. The wingspan of Dichagyris acclivis is approximately 32 mm. Adult moths are active on the wing from August to September. The larvae of this species feed on the seeds of Panicum virgatum.
