Diaphoreolis flavovulta, commonly known as the yellow-head aeolid or yellow-head cuthona, is a species of sea slug. It is an aeolid nudibranch, which is a type of marine gastropod mollusc that belongs to the family Trinchesiidae. This species was first described based on specimens collected from inner Monterey Bay, California, United States. It has been reported along the East Pacific coastline of North America, ranging from Kayostia Beach in Clallam County, Washington state south to Hazard Canyon in San Luis Obispo County, California.
