Scientific name: Dialineura anilis (Linnaeus, 1761)

This species has a bare face and a hairy frons. The basal joint of its antennae is conspicuously thickened. The fourth posterior cell of its wings is widely open. In males, the entire abdomen is covered in silvery pubescence, while the thorax is light brown. Females lack a shining black frontal callus, and all of their femora are orange.
