Datana integerrima, the walnut caterpillar moth, is a member of the moth family Notodontidae. This species has the scientific name Datana integerrima Grote & Robinson, 1866. It is distributed across eastern North America, ranging from Ontario, through most of the Eastern United States west to Minnesota, and south to northern Mexico. Its wingspan measures 35 to 50 mm. Adult moths are active between May and August. The larvae of this species feed on species from the genera Carya, Juglans, Salix, and Quercus, on Gleditsia triacanthos, and on some types of shrubs.
