Darapsa choerilus, commonly known as the azalea sphinx, is a species of moth in the family Sphingidae. It was first described by Pieter Cramer in 1779. This moth occurs in the United States and southern Canada, east of the Rocky Mountains. Its wingspan measures between 57 and 75 mm. The larvae of Darapsa choerilus feed on azalea and Viburnum plant species.
