About Dalea compacta Spreng.

Dalea compacta Spreng., commonly known as compact prairieclover, is a plant species native to the Southwestern United States. It is a perennial herb that can grow up to 2 feet (0.61 metres) tall. Among the Zuni people, the root of this plant is made into a poultice to treat sores and rashes, and an infusion prepared from the root is consumed to relieve stomach ache.
