Dactylopus kuiteri, commonly known as the Kuiter's dragonet, is a species of marine fish that belongs to the family Callionymidae. This species is widely distributed across the tropical waters of the central Indo-Pacific region, and is especially common around Indonesia. It can grow to a total length of 15 centimetres, which equals 5.9 inches. Its specific name honors Rudie H. Kuiter, who was the collector and author of *Pictorial guide to Indonesian reef fishes*.
