Cyrtodactylus lekaguli is large compared to other species in its genus, and can reach a snout-to-vent length (SVL) of 10.4 cm (4.1 in). This species displays sexual dimorphism, with adult females being slightly smaller than adult males. C. lekaguli is native to southern Thailand, where it occurs in the provinces of Phang Nga, Surat Thani, and Trang. Its preferred natural habitats are forest and dry caves. The reproductive mode of C. lekaguli is currently unknown.
