Cupiennius getazi Simon, 1891 is a species in the genus Cupiennius. It is commonly known as the spot-legged bromeliad spider. This species can be found in Costa Rica and Panama. Its distribution is concentrated primarily on the eastern Atlantic side of these countries, where it is most common in lowland areas. At the southern end of its range, it occurs around Panama's Canal Zone.
