Culiseta incidens, commonly known as the cool weather mosquito, is a species of mosquito that belongs to the family Culicidae. This species occurs in western North America, along the western coast of Canada and the United States. Its Pacific range extends from the Alaskan panhandle down to the Mexican border. To the east, its range reaches from Saskatchewan to northwestern Texas. Specimens of this species have been collected in Southern California.
