Crepis pannonica, commonly called pasture hawksbeard, is a flowering plant species in the Asteraceae family that originates from Europe. It is native to eastern Europe (including Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, and other areas in the region) and the Caucasus. It has also become sparingly naturalized in Connecticut, a state in the northeastern United States. This species is a perennial herb that grows up to 130 cm (52 inches) tall. A single Crepis pannonica plant can produce up to 8 flower heads, and each head can hold as many as 90 yellow ray florets.
