About Crassula deltoidea Thunb.

Crassula deltoidea Thunb. belongs to the genus Crassula, a group of succulent plants that includes around 200 accepted species. One well-known member of this genus is the popular jade plant, Crassula ovata. Plants in the Crassula genus are part of the stonecrop family, Crassulaceae. While Crassula species are native to many regions around the world, almost all cultivated varieties are derived from species native to South Africa's Eastern Cape. Crassula plants are typically propagated using stem cuttings or leaf cuttings. Most cultivated Crassula forms can withstand light frost, but exposure to extreme cold or extreme heat will make them drop their leaves and die.
