Coleophora laticornella, commonly known as the pecan cigar casebearer, is a species of moth belonging to the family Coleophoridae. It was first described by Clemens in 1860. This moth occurs in North America. It has a wingspan measuring approximately 25 millimeters. The larvae of this species feed on Carya illinoinensis, other members of the Carya genus, Juglans nigra, and Prunus americana. The larvae construct a distinctive spatulate leaf case.
