Coenagrion johanssoni, commonly known as the Arctic bluet, is a species of damselfly that belongs to the Coenagrionidae family. Its range spans Northern Europe, extending eastward across Asia to reach as far as the Amur River. This damselfly does not occur in Denmark. In Finland and northern Sweden, it is only present in mountain areas. It can also be found in southern Norway, ranging northward to Troms. It is common in Østlandet, but rare in Vestlandet.
