Cladonia prostrata, commonly known as dune cup lichen or resurrection lichen, is an endangered lichen species. It is endemic to the U.S. southeast coastal plain, with confirmed populations found in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. This species grows in the sandy soils of fire-dependent xeric relict dune habitats, including sandhill and scrub areas.
