Chrysosplenium pilosum, commonly known as the hairy golden saxifrage, is a species of flowering plant that belongs to the saxifrage family. It was first formally described by Karl Maximovich in 1859. This is a perennial species, and its fruit takes the form of a capsule. In terms of distribution and habitat, the plant occurs in far-east Russia, Mongolia, Manchuria, Korea, Japan, and China. It grows in shaded, moist forest understorey areas and in rock crevices, at altitudes ranging from 1500 to 3500 meters.
