About Chrysophlegma flavinucha (Gould, 1834)
This is a large woodpecker species with the scientific name Chrysophlegma flavinucha (Gould, 1834). Its overall plumage is dark olive green, with grey underparts. It has a prominent yellow-crested nape and yellow throat. Its crown is brownish, and its chestnut flight feathers are barred with black. Its bill often appears whitish.
