About Chionodes electella (Zeller, 1839)

Chionodes electella (Zeller, 1839) is a moth species belonging to the family Gelechiidae. It occurs across almost all of Europe, with the exceptions of Ireland, Great Britain, and the Balkan Peninsula. To the east, its range extends as far as the southern Ural. The wingspan of adult individuals ranges from 12 to 16 mm. Adult moths have been recorded in flight between May and July.
