Chamaecytisus austriacus (L.) Link, also known by the synonym Cytisus austriacus, is a species of flowering plant that belongs to the legume family, Fabaceae. This species is native to Europe and Asia, where its native range extends from East Central Europe through the Balkans, including Turkey, and reaches as far as North Caucasus and European Russia. It has also been introduced to the Baltic states and Belarus.
