Chalaroderma capito, commonly known as the looseskin blenny, is a species of combtooth blenny. It inhabits the South Atlantic Ocean, and its distribution along the South African coast ranges from Saldanha Bay to East London. This species can grow to a maximum total length of 20 centimetres (7.9 inches) when measured along its standard length (SL).
