About Cevallia sinuata Lag.

Cevallia sinuata, commonly known as stinging serpent, is a species of flowering plant in the family Loasaceae. This plant is either a perennial plant or a subshrub, and it is native to northern Mexico as well as the south-central region of the United States, ranging from Arizona to Oklahoma. Cevallia sinuata is the only species that belongs to the genus Cevallia.
