Cernuella neglecta (Draparnaud, 1805), commonly known as the dune snail, is a species of small air-breathing land snail. It is a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusc that belongs to the family Geomitridae. This small snail has a white shell with brown stripes, and it inhabits chalk banks. This species has not been evaluated for the IUCN Red List, so it holds the status not evaluated (NE). It is found in multiple European countries and islands, specifically Bohemia in the Czech Republic, Great Britain (where it is now extinct), the Netherlands, Poland, and Spain.
