About Cerambyx welensii (Küster, 1845)

Cerambyx welensii (Küster, 1845) reaches a body length of 25 to 58 millimetres, which is 0.98 to 2.28 inches. These beetles have elongated bodies. In males, the antennae extend past the apex of the elytra by the last three antennal segments. The species' basic body color is brownish, and the apex of the elytra is a lighter shade. The entire surface of the elytra is covered in thick, white to yellowish setae, and the elytra have rounded apexes. A thorny tubercle appears on the sides of the pronotum.
