Caulerpa flexilis is a species of seaweed that belongs to the Caulerpaceae family. This seaweed has a thick stolon, with erect dark green primary fronds. These fronds measure approximately 5 to 40 centimetres (2.0 to 15.7 inches) in length, and 2 to 6 centimetres (0.79 to 2.36 inches) in width. In New Zealand, it can be found along the coast of Three Kings Island, the North Island, and the northern parts of the South Island.
