Catastia marginea is a species of moth in the Pyralidae family. It was first described by Michael Denis and Ignaz Schiffermüller in 1775. This moth is found in northern and central Europe, and extends eastward through Russia. Its wingspan measures between 20 and 22 mm. It is thought that the larvae of this species feed on Alchemilla vulgaris and Potentilla.
