Cambarus tenebrosus Hay, 1902, commonly called the cavespring crayfish, is a species of freshwater crayfish. It is native to the U.S. states of Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, and Indiana. It is a facultative cave-dwelling species. Across its range, it has been recorded from 84 caves, along with 20 surface locations located within the Cumberland Plateau.
