The dorsal sepal is erect, curves forward, and measures 7โ17 mm (0.28โ0.67 in) long and 2โ7 mm (0.079โ0.276 in) wide. The lateral sepals are 8โ20 mm (0.31โ0.79 in) long and 3โ7 mm (0.12โ0.28 in) wide, while the petals measure 7โ17 mm (0.28โ0.67 in) long and 3โ6 mm (0.12โ0.24 in) wide. The three-lobed labellum is white with pink blotches and markings, 5โ12 mm (0.20โ0.47 in) long and 7โ12 mm (0.28โ0.47 in) wide. Flowering occurs from August to November. This species grows in winter-wet flats and swamps within jarrah forest, across the Avon Wheatbelt, Esperance Plains, Jarrah Forest, Swan Coastal Plain, and Warren bioregions of south-western Western Australia.
