Bradypodion atromontanum, commonly called the Swartberg dwarf chameleon, is a small chameleon that does not grow longer than 12 cm. Its body is typically pale yellow or brown, with greenish color tones. This species is endemic to the Swartberg mountains in the Western Cape of South Africa. It can be found in the Swartberg Nature Reserve, and also occurs at Groot Swartberg. It is an arboreal species that lives in mountain fynbos habitat.
