This moth species is documented from Honduras, the Dominican Republic, Brazil, and Venezuela, and it also occurs in the southern United States, including Florida. Adult individuals of this species have been recorded in the month of October. Its known host plants are Crescentia cujeta, Parmentiera cereifera, and Tabebuia rosea.
