Bellia picta is a species of crab, and it is the only species in the genus Bellia. This crab lives along the coasts of South America. On the Atlantic coast of the continent, it occurs in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. On the Pacific coast, it is found in waters off the coasts of Peru and Chile. It is thought to live in burrows and feed as a filter feeder.
