Belenois calypso, commonly known as the Calypso white or Calypso caper white, is a butterfly species belonging to the family Pieridae. This butterfly can be found in Senegal, the Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Cameroon, the Republic of the Congo, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Angola, Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania. It primarily inhabits forest environments, and the species occasionally engages in migration. The larvae of Belenois calypso feed on species from the genera Semirestis paniculata, Maerua, Cadaba, Capparis, and Ritchiea.
