Babiana framesii L.Bolus is a perennial flowering geophyte that belongs to the genus Babiana and is a member of the fynbos vegetation. This species is endemic to the Northern Cape province of South Africa. It grows only on the Bokkeveldberge plateau near Nieuwoudtville, and its entire extent of occurrence is less than 100 km². Babiana framesii is classified as a rare species.
