Austroargiolestes chrysoides is a species of Australian damselfly in the family Argiolestidae. Its common name is the golden flatwing. This species is endemic to south-eastern Queensland, and it lives in rainforest streams there. It is a medium-sized to large damselfly that is black and yellow, with no pruinescence. Like other members of the Argiolestidae family, it rests with its wings held outspread.
