About Atrapsalta corticina (Ewart, 1989)

Atrapsalta corticina (Ewart, 1989) has a forewing length ranging from 16 to 20 millimeters. This species complex is distributed from central to south-eastern Queensland, extending south into north-eastern New South Wales, and also occurs in central New South Wales south to the northern border of Victoria. The species' holotype was collected at Beerburrum, which is approximately 60 kilometers north of Brisbane. Its known associated habitats are open eucalypt forest and woodland that contain Eucalyptus tereticornis and Eucalyptus moluccana, with occurrence being especially common in riparian areas.
