The yellow-gorgeted greenbul, scientifically named Atimastillas flavicollis, was formerly called the yellow-throated leaflove. It is a species of passerine bird that belongs to the bulbul family, Pycnonotidae. This bird is found in West Africa. Its natural habitats include subtropical or tropical dry forests, moist savanna, and subtropical or tropical moist shrubland. The subspecies covered here is Atimastillas flavicollis flavigula, first described by Cabanis in 1880.
