Astragalus utahensis, commonly known as the Utah milkvetch, is a plant species that belongs to the legume family. It is native to western North America, where it grows in the U.S. states of Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Wyoming. The species is especially abundant in the Wasatch Mountains. Its typical habitats include rocky hillsides, open sagebrush areas, and pinyon-juniper woodland regions. It blooms with pink-purple flowers during the spring.
