About Araneus albotriangulus (Keyserling, 1887)
Araneus albotriangulus, commonly called the white-winged orbweaver, can be easily recognized by the "wing" markings on its abdomen, which give the species its common name. These markings are less noticeable on male individuals of the species. This orbweaver is typically found in eastern Australia. It has specifically been recorded in the Australian states of Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania.
