About Arabis alpina L.
Arabis alpina L. is a perennial herb. Its stems can grow up to 40 cm (16 inches) tall, and are topped with loose clusters of white, four-petalled flowers that bloom in spring. The plant forms a basal rosette of long, strongly toothed leaves on distinct stalks, while the leaves that grow along the stem are stalkless and clasp the stem. This plant attracts butterflies.
