Aproaerema palpilineella is a species of moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was first described by Vactor Tousey Chambers in 1875. This moth is found in North America, where it has been recorded from the U.S. states of Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas, as well as the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Quebec. The larvae of Aproaerema palpilineella feed on plants of the Trifolium genus and on Coronilla varia. This species was formerly classified under the genus Syncopacma.
