About Apopellia endiviifolia (Dicks.) Nebel & D.Quandt

RECORDS. Corbière (1904) reported the species between Sidi bou Médine and the cascades in Tlemcen. Corbière (1904) and Jelenc (1955 a) noted it in Sidi - Bel - Abbès. Braun - Blanquet & Maire (1924), Trabut (1941), and Jelenc (1955 a) found it in Tlemcen. Trabut (1941) and Jelenc (1955 a) recorded it in Alger and Tiaret. Jelenc (1949) found it in the mountains and high plains of Tlemcen. Jelenc (1951) reported it in the Monts de Tlemcen, cirque d’el Ourit. Jelenc (1951, 1967) noted it in the high plains of Tlemcen, at the cascades of l’oued Bou - Ennag where it crosses the hills of Beni Mester, at 500 m. Jelenc (1953) found it in the Aurès, on the north flank of Ras Pharaoun, in the torrents near Aïn Mimoun. Jelenc (1953, 1955 a) reported it in the Aurès, in the Ravin de la maison forestére du Chélia, at the cascades. Jelenc (1956) found it in the Sahel d’Alger, in the ravin du Frais - Vallon. Jelenc (1966, 1967) reported it in the Kabylie du Djurdjura in the Massif de l’Akfadou. Bischler (2004) reported it without a specific location. The species is frequent.
