About Apluda mutica L.
Apluda is a genus of plants in the grass family, native to Asia and various islands in the Indian and Pacific Oceans. The only known species in this genus is Apluda mutica L. This species is native to Central Asia, China (including Taiwan and Tibet), Japan (including the Ryukyu Islands), the Indian subcontinent, Southeast Asia, New Guinea, Vanuatu, the Solomon Islands, New Caledonia, the Caroline Islands, Madagascar, Mauritius, Réunion, Socotra, and Oman. Species that were formerly included in this genus can be found in the genera Andropogon, Ichnanthus, Ischaemum, Polytoca, Themeda, and Zeugites.
