Aphomia terrenella, commonly called the terrenella bee moth, is a moth species belonging to the family Pyralidae. This moth is distributed in North America, ranging from Michigan, Ontario, Quebec, and New York in the north down to Georgia in the south. The wingspan of adult Aphomia terrenella is approximately 25 millimeters. Adults are active on wing from May through August. It is thought that the larvae of this species feed on honeycomb and/or the larvae of bees.
