Anolis hispaniolae is a species of lizard that belongs to the family Dactyloidae. This species is endemic to the island of Hispaniola, where it occurs in both the Dominican Republic and Haiti. In terms of snout–vent length, males of this species reach up to 67 mm (2.6 in), while females reach up to 56 mm (2.2 in).
